Vishal Grover operates his own management consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before starting his consulting firm, he gained 15 years of leadership experience as president and chief executive officer with the Systime Computer Corporation, a San Francisco based global enterprise that designed and implemented business applications for domestic and international commercial organizations. Over his tenure, Vishal Grover led a team that helped expand the company from one generating roughly $1.5 million to one producing nearly $60 million in annual revenues and culminated with its eventual sale to KPIT Cummins in 2011 – a leading publicly traded IT Services company with nearly $500M in annual sales. His responsibilities included negotiating contracts, managing staff members, implementing marketing and sales initiatives, and partnering with other companies to promote his firm’s services.
In addition to his work, the former CEO supports animal welfare nonprofit organizations like WildAid, a group dedicated to stopping the illegal wildlife trade. He also contributes to his Family Foundation, a charitable organization that aids hospitals and schools.
In his private life, the consultant stays physically active by golfing at the local Olympic Club and by yachting in the Mediterranean and Caribbean Seas. Moreover, he enjoys traveling to such international destinations as France, Spain, Japan, South Africa, and New Zealand.
